Vermentino Superiore Colli di Luni DOC

Vintage 2021

The Vermentino Superiore Boceda  it is a selection of grapes grown in the hilly land facing the sea of the Gulf of La Spezia, in the hamlet of Ponzano Superiore in the municipality of Santo Stefano Magra;  manually takes place  one before  green pruning phase followed by all the processes required by the disciplinary to better preserve the product. During the harvest, which is carried out manually, a selection of the bunches is carried out in order to obtain a Vermentino Superiore in purity; in the cellar we then proceed to the pressing phase with maceration on the skins for about 12 hours at a temperature in the tank of around 16 degrees to enhance the aromas determined by the typicality of the vines and by the exposure.

Vinification

Made from 100% Vermentino grapes from the La Boceda farm on the hills of Ponzano Superiore, the flagship wine of the company. After  a preferential maceration on the skins and a soft pressing, it ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for two months. Bottling period at the end of March
