Colli di Luni Vermentino

Vintage 2022

Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC Mortedo  it is a selection of grapes grown in the municipality of Santo Stefano Magra, after a first selection in the  green pruning phase, all the processes follow to better preserve the product; during the harvest, which is carried out manually, a selection of the bunches is adopted in order to obtain a wine composed of  90% Vermentino, 5% Malvasia and 5% Albarola. A Vermentino is produced with notes of freshness and pleasantness that are released from native vines such as Malvasia and Albarola. The winemaking process follows the same procedures that are adopted for Vermentino Superiore Boceda, with the only differences of a maceration on the skins for about 6 hours and a temperature in the tank of about 14 degrees.
