Rosé wine

The table wine Plain Rosato derives from a mix of local vines, the product was recently included in the company line. Obtained exclusively from its own vineyards with a targeted selection and harvest. To produce a good rosé it requires grapes that are not excessively ripe to ensure a good acid content and modest anthocyanin ripening. The harvest is done manually with selection of the grapes in the vineyard, followed by a short maceration of the grapes in the press followed by a soft pressing. After a short cold decantation, the must is vinified in stainless steel barrels. The soft pink color, the pleasant olfactory notes, the good level of acidity make a very captivating wine with a pleasant drinkability.
