Colli di Luni Albarola
Vintage 2022
Albarola is a selection of grapes grown in the foothills of the first hills that rise from the Magra valley towards the town of Santo Stefano di Magra; all the operations in the vineyard are carried out manually from winter pruning to green pruning up to thinning and harvesting with particular attention to an eco-compatible management of the whole process. Selection of the bunches, early dispatch of the grapes to the cellar where the skin maceration in the press takes place for 4 hours and the subsequent pressing. Vinification in stainless steel tanks around 14-16 degrees to enhance the aromas and maintain the freshness and pleasantness of drinking typical of this grape.

Vinification
Made from 100% Vermentino grapes from the La Boceda farm on the hills of Ponzano Superiore, the flagship wine of the company. After a preferential maceration on the skins and a soft pressing, it ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for two months. Bottling period at the end of March
