Colli di Luni Rosso
Vintage 2022
The Colli di Luni red Montale it is produced exclusively from the vines of the homonymous estate owned by the family in the hill of the hamlet of Ponzano Superiore where the variety Sangiovese is the host. The constant and strength of Sangiovese are to be found in its strong natural acidity which helps it, on an oenological and organoleptic level, to preserve a beautiful longevity. It is then in function of this marked acidity that body and volume are fundamental. The harvest is done manually with selection of grapes in the vineyard, follows the destemming of the bunches placing in stainless steel barrels for natural processing and fermentation. Part of the product continues with Pass for some months in barrique. This wine is positioned among the best reds in the region.
