It is a superior category oil obtained from Razzola and Leccino quality olives coming only and exclusively from the farm's farms, harvested at the right degree of ripeness with scrupulous care. Low acidity, delicate and with a decidedly fruity aroma carefully preserved in stainless steel containers and bottled without being filtered so as to keep the much appreciated organoleptic characteristics unaltered.
